Read the Ballot Initiatives for 2016 Legalization!

Two groups have submitted initiatives to Attorney General Maura Healey for Cannabis legalization on the 2016 ballot! Bay State Repeal has submitted three separate languages for adults 21 and over protecting growing, possessing, and using cannabis. The Marijuana Policy Project submitted an initiative to tax and regulate marijuana like alcohol and its use and possession legal for adults aged 21 and over.
