His license was wrongfully taken by the Board of Medicine in MA for practicing medical marijuana. The matter has been visited in court and the judge has stated that he has done nothing wrong in his practice, that he was operating in the terms of the law, and that his license should never have been taken from him. The Board of Medicine was ordered to give it back and for the past few months they have ignored the MA courts and refuse to give the license back .
