HR 499 to End Prohibition: Is Your Congressman On Board?

In the last session of Congress in addition to Barney Frank, Michael Capuano sponsored H.R. 2306, the “Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act of 2011.”

Michael Capuano has not yet signed on to H.R. 499, the “Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act of 2013.”
:

If you are a constituent of:
Richard E. Neal ;
James McGovern ;
Niki Tsongas;
Joseph P. Kennedy III ;
Ed Markey ;
John Tierney ;
Michael E. Capuano;
Stephen F. Lynch;
William Keating;

please communicate with them to ask that they sponsor H.R. 499, the “Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act of 2013.”

The following would be enough:

Dear Congressman:

Please become a sponsor of H.R. 499, the “Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act of 2013.”

I look forward to you replying that you will do so.
